Training presents a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of all employees therefore the company have based a Training and development process to enhance employees’ performance. Training usually  focuses on building both behavioural and functional competencies, skills & abilities needed for effective job performance, career development and succession plans.

HR Manager in coordination with the Project Manager, Finance Manager and Contracts Manager to design the Program according to the Service Level Agreement/ Contract Scope to cover the following topics in general as minimum,

  4. - Leadership
  5. - Management Strategies
  6. - Client Communication
  7. - Client satisfaction
  8. - Organization Structure, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  9. - Authority Matrices
  10. - Communication Matrices
  11. - Report requirements for the project to the Client
  12. - Report requirements for the project to the Head Office

2. Middle Level Management Orientation Program

HR Manager in coordination with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to design the Program according to the Service Level Agreement/ Contract Scope to cover the following topics in general as minimum,

  2. - Company Policies and Procedures related to the Project
  3. - Project Quality, Safety, Environmental and Energy Requirements
  4. - Deliverables
  5. - Cost control
  6. - Manpower utilization and optimization
  7. - Management Strategies

  9. - Client satisfaction
  10. - Organization Structure, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  11. - Authority Matrices

  18. - On-Job Training requirements identification and request to HR to conduct.
  19. - Time Management
  20. - Resources availability and follow up

3.Lower Level Management Orientation Program

HR Manager in coordination with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to design the Program according to the Service Level Agreement/ Contract Scope to cover the following topics in general as minimum,

  7. - Report requirements for the Service managers/Superintends.
  8. - On-time Maintenance activities and Priority levels and their importance
  9. - On-Job Training needs request
  10. - Discipline codes
  11. - Work Wear and PPE Requirements
  12. - Tools and Instruments usage and request
  13. - Project Quality, Safety, Environmental and Energy Requirements
