(200) various deanships offices as the building contains (7) deanships.

Main faculty staff accommodation consisting of:-
(30) residential buildings, each one consisting of (5) floors.
(275) apartments.
Shopping center.
Mosque.

Wastewater treatment plant:-
With a production rate of 500 m3/day.
